Tammy Reinelt recently completed the Hard 75- the "Ironman for your brain". She shares her experience doing the hard things like 1) showing up for herself every day and doing the work 2) setting boundaries with friends and coworkers 3) shifting her mindset to one of joyful responsibility for her health. Tammy wants to live well into her 80's and beyond without disease and pain and she is willing to do the work to ensure she reaches her goal.
